The Site Was Down

Did you notice? I forgot to renew my domain name, it was gone for part of today. All is well now, though.0 Comments. View/add comments.
Google Ads
Mar 23, 2005
So I decided to try something new and added Google ads below the navigation...I am guessing you noticed that by now. I am not sure I really care for how they look and they have certainly slowed load time. However, I do think it is interesting to see what they pick up on for each page.
I think there is more value in the pages that have (relatively) specific content (current events, random thoughts, haiku) where it gives a more specific view of what is being indexed on each page.
Oh, and did I mention I get a pittance each time you follow a link?
So, it is a test. As with any change, your input is appreciated. Right now you can email me, but soon there will be a form to submit your feedback.

New Site Release
Mar 19, 2005
You may not see a difference, but this site has been updated. All content is dynamically pulled from from a database and formatted for your screen.
What does that mean to you, dear reader? It means I no longer have to post and format my data in triplicate. Less monotonous and boring work equals more updates!
Also, using this templated system will make design updates easier. Again, instead of replicating a change four times, I can make it once. I am by no means happy with this design, the earthy (others call it dreary) color scheme is wearing on me.0 Comments. View/add comments.
